Refund policy

Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our pieces, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect. 

If your item arrives damaged, please email us at order@kyanatelier.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.
