The Kyan Custom Journey
Each custom piece is created for one client at a time to ensure every detail is intentionally crafted around you. Here’s what to expect:
Consultation
We begin with a personalized conversation about your vision, silhouette, occasion, timeline, and budget. This consultation can take place virtually or in person.
Quote & Approval
After the consultation, you’ll receive a final quote based on the design, materials, and complexity of your garment. Once approved, we move forward with the design process.
Design Sketch
A custom sketch and concept board will be created for your piece, giving you a clear visual direction for your design.
Fabric Sourcing
High-quality fabrics, linings, and embellishments are carefully sourced to match the approved design concept.
Sewing Begins
Once materials and design are finalized, your piece begins production in the Kyan Atelier studio.
Fitting & Adjustments
A virtual or in-person fitting ensures the garment fits beautifully and any adjustments can be made.
Final Fit & Delivery
Once your garment is complete and approved, it is carefully packaged and delivered — ready to be worn, loved, and remembered.

Absolutely. Virtual consultations are available and Kyan Atelier ships worldwide.

Will sold-out items be restocked?
Most Kyan Atelier pieces are released in limited drops and are not restocked once sold out. This preserves the exclusivity of every design.
